Monroe home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Monroe rose by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $176,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Monroe in March 2017.
