Lemon Township home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lemon Township fell by $19,501 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,750 - a 83.9% decrease over the $23,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lemon Township in November 2016, as well.
