Middletown home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Middletown rose by $12,050 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $77,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Middletown in November 2016.
