Monroe home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Monroe rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Monroe in November 2016.
