Monroe home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Monroe fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Monroe in September 2016.
