Ross home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Ross fell by $49,600 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,400 - a 22.5% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Ross in September 2016.
