Ross home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Ross fell by $33,508 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 17.9% decrease over the $187,508 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Ross in June 2016.
