Middletown home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Middletown rose by $26,750 while total sales increased by 41.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 42.3% increase over the $63,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Middletown in May 2016.
