Middletown home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Middletown rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 15% increase over the $78,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Middletown in April 2016.
