Wayne home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Wayne fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wayne in April 2016.
