Monroe home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Monroe rose by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,750 - a 17.4% increase over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Monroe in March 2016.
