Fairfield home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Fairfield fell by $12,150 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,750 - a 11.2% decrease over the $108,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Fairfield in February 2016.
