New Miami home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in New Miami fell by $31,400 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,500 - a 40.8% decrease over the $76,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Miami in the first quarter of 2017.
