Monroe home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Monroe rose by $5,600 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Monroe in the first quarter of 2017.
