New Miami home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in New Miami rose by $17,200 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,500 - a 43.8% increase over the $39,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in New Miami in the fourth quarter of 2016.
