Trenton home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Trenton rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Trenton in the fourth quarter of 2016.
