Ross home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ross rose by $31,050 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $163,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Ross in the fourth quarter of 2016.
