Milford home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Milford rose by $170,100 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 121.6% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Milford in the fourth quarter of 2016.
