Fairfield home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Fairfield rose by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 8.9% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Fairfield in the third quarter of 2016.
