Madison Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Madison Township rose by $6,900 while total sales decreased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 4.8% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Madison Township in the third quarter of 2016.
