Ross home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ross fell by $57,200 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,800 - a 25.9% decrease over the $221,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Ross in the third quarter of 2016.
