Milford home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Milford fell by $9,173 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,650 - a 5.2% decrease over the $175,823 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Milford in the third quarter of 2016.
