Liberty Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Liberty Township rose by $11,800 while total sales decreased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $248,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Liberty Township in the third quarter of 2016.
