Middletown home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Middletown rose by $7,050 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 229 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $79,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Middletown in the second quarter of 2016.
