Madison Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Madison Township rose by $29,900 while total sales increased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 24.9% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Madison Township in the second quarter of 2016.
