Ross home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Ross fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 8.1% decrease over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Ross in the second quarter of 2016.
