Liberty Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Liberty Township rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 175 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,900 - a 2% increase over the $244,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Liberty Township in the second quarter of 2016.
