New Miami home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in New Miami rose by $56,150 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,900 - a 270.6% increase over the $20,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Miami in the first quarter of 2016.
