Monroe home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Monroe rose by $22,130 while total sales decreased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,900 - a 15% increase over the $147,770 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Monroe in the first quarter of 2016.
