Liberty Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Liberty Township rose by $25,650 while total sales increased by 22.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $216,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Liberty Township in the first quarter of 2016.
