Middletown home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Middletown rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 469 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 427 homes sold in Middletown in the second half of 2016.
