Seven Mile home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Seven Mile rose by $33,228 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 38.1% increase over the $87,272 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Seven Mile in the second half of 2016.
