Fairfield home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Fairfield rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 380 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 366 homes sold in Fairfield in the second half of 2016.
