Ross home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ross fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 4% decrease over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Ross in the second half of 2016.
