Milford home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Milford rose by $77,000 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 51.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Milford in the second half of 2016.
