Hanover Township home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Hanover Township rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 25.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Hanover Township in the first half of 2016.
