Fairfield home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Fairfield rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Fairfield in July 2018.
