Monroe home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Monroe rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $179,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Monroe in July 2018.
