On Aug. 23, Serve City sold their five bedroom, two bathroom property at 640 Sycamore St., Hamilton to New Life Servant Investments LLC for $70,000.

This property last sold on March 2, 2006 for $58,500.

So far in August 2021, 102 properties sold in Hamilton.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 640 Sycamore St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lucas P F Hauer, 24, Logan Hauer, 25, Christopher J Hauer, 58, and Shelly Orr Hauer, 54.
