On Aug. 24, Darell L Hershner sold their property at 2169 Elmo Ave., Hamilton to Jose F. Barrera for $36,100.

So far in August 2021, 107 properties sold in Hamilton.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert William Barrowcliff, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 2169 Elmo Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
