Fairfield median home prices rose by 2.4% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Fairfield rose by $4,363 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $180,638 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Fairfield in August 2020.
