City of Fairfield issued the following announcement on March 10
The Egg-splorers Contest debuted last year as a COVID friendly spring event alternative. We will be placing six large wooden Easter eggs in six of our 29 parks. Your job is to search for these eggs, take a photo by each of the six eggs and email the photos to us at mjmcgraw@fairfieldoh.gov. The first 50 winners (must send photos with all six eggs) will win a fabulous prize to be picked up at the Fairfield Community Arts Center!
- Contest begins Monday, April 4 and runs through Sunday, April 10.
- All photos are due to mjmcgraw@fairfieldoh.gov by Monday, April 11.

Our HOPPIN” Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. – noon at Fairfield Greens North Trace (2605 Augusta Blvd.). Bring an Easter basket to collect eggs in designated areas for children 2 – 4 years old, 5 – 7 years old, and 8 – 10 years old. Make sure to look out for the specialty gift card prize eggs. Don’t forget a camera, there will be a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny.
