Please join us for the Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 30th beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Ceremony will be held at Veterans Park located at the corner of State Route 63 and Main Street.
The Roll Call of Veterans interred in our cemeteries will be announced by the Mayor, Council Members, and the City Manager.
Special guest speaker is Lieutenant Colonel Michael Marchetti, a 1998 graduate of Lemon-Monroe High School and graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002.
The Scouts of Monroe Troop, Pack 54 will be handing out programs, providing a free water station, and assisting with placing flags at Mound and North Monroe Cemeteries.
