Q2: Home prices in Hanover Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hanover Township rose by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 2.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 17.8 percent increase over the $186,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second quarter of 2021.
