Home prices decreased in Reily during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Reily fell by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 29.9 percent decrease from the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reily in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Reily for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,050, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
