What happened to the median home price in Oxford during Q3?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Oxford rose by $47,900 while total sales decreased by 8.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 21.7 percent increase over the $221,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Oxford in the third quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Oxford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,323, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2022.
