Home prices increased in Lemon Township during Q3

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Lemon Township rose by $91,750 while total sales increased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 179 percent increase over the $51,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lemon Township in the third quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lemon Township for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,156, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2022.
