Lithko Contracting, Pacific Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., and Schneider Electric USA, Inc. have been granted funding to expand operations in Butler County. This development is expected to boost local economic growth and create jobs, according to State Representative Jennifer Gross.
“I’d like to thank these companies for expanding and strengthening their footprint in Butler County,” said Gross. “Partnering with these companies to grow our community and our economy continues to make the 45th District the perfect place to live, work, and raise a family in Ohio.”
Lithko Contracting, LLC is a concrete contractor based in West Chester. It specializes in pre-construction and project execution services across various sectors such as airports, distribution centers, healthcare, and industrial projects. The company will receive support through the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA), leading to the creation of 50 new full-time jobs and generating $4.5 million in new payroll.
Pacific Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., located in Fairfield, supplies automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers with products including manufacturing stamping valves and tire pressure monitoring systems. With TCA funding, they plan to add 96 new full-time jobs and produce $4.7 million in additional payroll.
Schneider Electric USA, LLC operates facilities in Fairfield and Oxford offering solutions for low-voltage electric distribution aimed at industrial equipment manufacturers among others. Their expansion is set to create 250 new full-time positions with over $15 million generated in new payroll through TCA support.
