On February 13, 2025, Davidson expressed his approval of President Trump's administration efforts to fulfill campaign promises. He noted the initiative to "Drain the Swamp" was actively being pursued within the executive branch. Davidson emphasized that Congress should align its funding and policy measures to ensure these promises are realized.
