On March 31, 2025, Davidson commented on his legislative efforts in a post by stating, "My Stop the Cartels Act hasn’t passed, but this bold action by the Trump administration makes the same point. Treat enemies of our country as enemies!"
In another tweet on April 1, 2025, Davidson questioned the consistency of U.S. foreign policy. He wrote, " How ideologically consistent will the USA be whilst insisting tactical support is not tactical participation? Nevertheless, see this for what it is: a last ditch attempt to scuttle President Trump’s work to restore peace."
Later that day, Davidson tweeted a brief message focusing on unity: "One team. One mission. One standard."
